Estimated Schedules: Stated delivery windows represent structural projections, not binding guarantees. We are exempt from liability concerning delays originating from customs clearances, carrier backlogs, or external constraints outside our control.
Import Fees & Tariffs: The purchasing party is exclusively responsible for all regional customs tariffs, import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), or related handling fees assessed by destination authorities. These expenses are completely independent of our product pricing and freight fees.
Destination Address Accuracy: Maintaining error-free and complete address data rests entirely on the client. We assume no responsibility for items lost, misdelivered, or returned due to incomplete or flawed shipping directions entered during checkout.
Post-Delivery Drop-off: Our logistical obligations terminate upon the courier platform registering a successful delivery indicator. Stolen or missing items past this point are outside our scope of liability.
